National Fingerprint, LLC (NFp) dba The National Fingerprint Lab is owned and led by David Allburn, a USAF Viet Nam era veteran, CCR registration completed.
EIN 32-0228347, DUNS 827122685, Banking at Huntington National Bank (Ohio) as “National Fingerprint”.
Mr. Allburn is the sole owner of the intellectual property rights to the proprietary fingerprinting system for which a utility patent application has been perfected with a priority date of November 2007. The invention facilitates FBI and state fingerprint background check queries without using costly live-scan machines. All the intellectual property rights have been transferred to National Fingerprint.
National Fingerprint is temporarily organized as an LLC pending restructuring as negotiated with investors. NFp has a four person core team comprising 25 years of expertise and experience in the fingerprint-based background check space. The company is seating a competent board of directors, has a detailed business plan, and is actively ramping up for full-scale production.
