• Florida’s Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) requires the Level-II fingerprint check (state + FBI) for healthcare workers whose companies they regulate.
• The healthcare professionals you recruit need to complete an AHCA or DoH fingerprint check before they are eligible to work in Florida healthcare.
• Electronic submission is required. Other out-of-state fingerprint providers are not configured to transmit electronic fingerprints into Florida.
